Refund and Exchange Policy

• Custom Designed and Made-to-Order Outfits: All custom-designed and made-to-order outfits are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing details and photos of your concerns.

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Other Items: For all other items, you may initiate a return within a 72-hour window of receiving your delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include the order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to you via email in the form of store credit.

• Previous Store Credit Purchases: Items purchased using store credit from previous transactions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that all shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and will be borne by the client.

• Guidelines: We reserve the right to reject any items that do not adhere to the specified guidelines outlined above.
